Not everyone has the luxury to be a part of our small yet prosperous community; surrounded by meadow, the down-to-earth atmosphere is perfect for those who wish to get away from all the willy-nilly of the city and the troubles, albeit we always welcome visitors until the clock reaches five in the evening. Although [ I HEARD A RUMOR ] that this village builds on holy land, it says those who work hard can get whatever their heart desires.Personally, as a mayor, it has a nice ring to it. It also attracts more visitors here, no? And no! Of course, we're not a closed-off community! Like I said! People from outside are free to come here to visit or interact with the locals.Hopefully, you enjoy your stay here. | Please put the thought of IC talk as a mandatory thing here and minimalize the usage of OOC and Writer/Mun talk. However, crack is allowed as long as it's within the reasonable limit. (Please know the difference between crack and OOC.) |
| ONE account for ONE person. If Charon or Hǎishén finds out, one of them will kick you out from the village and put you on the blacklist. |
| An identical FC (face claim) isn't granted―that applies to one that the caretakers used as well. Charon (Il Dottore - Genshin Impact) and Hǎishén (Qin Shi Huang - Record of Ragnarok). Make sure to check the following list! |

| Using English is obligatory. Nonetheless, we let you use the Indonesian language at 20% per day. (English is 80%) |
| SMUT or LEWD plot category is permitted as long as it occurs around 11 PM (23:00) to 5 AM (05:00) GMT+7 out of respect for minor writers. But we―the caretakers―encourage you to do it in DM instead. NSFW contents other than smut or lewd (gore, strong language, heavy weapon usage, and so on) are allowed whenever. Consider putting the trigger or content warning, or the tag in the head thread. |
| Be anticipated to follow everyone in Florilège and do auto-follow―that includes the villagers and the caretakers of Florilège. |
PRESENCE ACTIVATION AND UNVERIFICATION.
| The activity of the villagers will be recorded by the last reply and the last air tweet they did. Active in GDM (Group DM) isn't counted as an activity, as well as the last reply and air tweet of writer/mun talk. Get out and touch some Florilège finest grass, children! Feel free to do it yourself or with someone else. ( -Hǎishén ) |
| For the new villagers, it is essential to be active for a week after verification. Please inform the caretakers (Charon or Hǎishén) if you're unable to online. |
| The villagers can take a vacation (hiatus, semi-hiatus or long hiatus) after two weeks of joining. If you wish to propose permission of taking a hiatus, semi-hiatus, or long hiatus, please contact the caretakers and explain why you need it. The duration of the hiatus is: 1) semi-hiatus lasts for two weeks; 2) hiatus lasts for a month; 3) long hiatus lasts for two months. (Password: What is your most desired wish?) |
| You could file another wish to extend the length of your hiatus by telling the caretakers AFTER being active again for two weeks. |
| The villagers will get unverified if they're: |

| Not online after three days of verification without any reason. |
| Violating any rules that are written in Florilège three times. If the villager wishes to not obey the rules, what's the reason to keep them here? |
| Not able to online after a warning for being inactive. If until a week later they still do not give the caretakers a response, the caretakers have the right to kick the villager out. |
| Get red-handed for using two accounts by the caretakers. As stated above, ONE HEAD for ONE ACCOUNT. |
| Joining another agency when the villager is already assigned to Florilège. |
TEMPORARY SWAP AND FULL SWAP
| The villagers are allowed to take a temporary swap two weeks after joining the agency. They also can take a full swap after a month of joining to avoid any confusion for other villagers and the caretakers. |
| The temporary swap lasts for two weeks. If you wish to do it again, please patiently wait for another two weeks after your last temporary swap. |
| If you wish to fully swap your character again, it will be granted ONE MONTH after your last fully swap. |

HOW TO JOIN.
| Before joining, make sure to check whether the character is vacant in our following or not. If uncertain about the list, feel free to throw a query to the caretakers. |
| The villager shall have their character sheet ready before joining. For a special case like OC, it's alright if it's not yet finished. But at least the OC has some important data like their profile and brief information, also their personality. Be it a link like Carrd, Notion, Wax, Wordpress, Tumblr, and what have you; or using the thread. Anything is welcome, really! |

A SMALL MIRACLE in RIVERSIDE VILLAGE
"MAKE A WISH AND A LONG DREAM COME TRUE!"
FLORILÈGE has gotten lots of attention from people all around the world recently. The small yet peaceful community that resides at the side of the river has taken the media by storm with a strange phenomenon that happened in the village.
Not once but fifth reported miracle news has taken place in the village in the span of only one month. At first, the public is skeptical and thought that this is just a marketing tactic led by the Mayor to gain tourist attention so the economy of the newly established community will flourish.
But after the news about sickly children suddenly becoming healthy again after the family move to this village, people are skepticism begins to crumble. "Well! All I say is that those who really wish hard enough and work hard enough for it will make everything seem possible!" Said the Mayor in one of our interviews.
"After all, this Village is built from a one-man dream, so I guess maybe God giving him away too many presents and the villagers are all can enjoy it!" He continued. Whether the girl is just lucky or the rumored holy land truly exists. This Village is sure will be the one destination for a hopeful outsider to start their new life with.
CARETAKERS.
THE MAYOR
Charon is a former cult member, but probably only his assistant knows about the fact. He claims that the village is founded by his great grandfather when in reality, the story isn't like that. He often can be spotted mostly in his office but sometimes he'll go outside to meet people.He's very eccentric and outgoing and comes across as lazy and sleazy because he always dumps his work on his assistant. But if he is really needed he is always there to guide his villager.
THE ASSISTANT
海神 (Hǎishén) is the trustable person Charon can count on to take care of the village while Charon is "busy" with other things. Rumoured has it that he is the last survivor of the village that was taken over by Charon.No more information about Hǎishén anywhere―he likes to keep things as private as he can.
